About BSS

Construction experience, applied practically.

Independent, flexible project support led by a genuine understanding of how work is planned, managed and delivered on site.

Support that works in the real world.

Billinge Site Services was established to give contractors, developers and specialist subcontractors access to experienced construction support when and where it is needed.

Led by Alan Billinge, BSS combines more than 10 years of construction experience with specialist competence in project management, lifting operations, temporary works and powered access. That breadth matters: risks and interfaces rarely sit neatly inside a single discipline.

A straightforward approach.

We start by understanding the scope, the site and the people delivering the work. We identify genuine risks, establish what good control looks like and produce clear information that teams can actually use.
